The Archdiocese of Atlanta and St. Peter Claver Regional Catholic School offer financial aid for qualifying families based on documented need.
Please read this page in its entirity to get detailed information regarding Financial Aid.
ALL prospective and returning families applying for any scholarship or financial aid MUST complete an application through FACTS no later than
March 1, 2018.  There is a $30 nonrefundable application fee.  FACTS requires families to provide current tax documents in order to determine financial need.  If you plan to apply for tuition assistance, it is imperative that your 2018 taxes are prepared early as ALL portions of the form must be completed by March 1, 2018 to be given priority consideration.  NO decision can be made regarding partial applications.

GRACE Scholars Eligibility-

Students who are entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, or 1st grade whose families demonstrate a financial need (as determined by FACTS), OR
Students who have attended a public school for at least 2 years whose families demonstrate a financial need (as determined by FACTS)
Families must complete a separate application for the GRACE Scholarship in addition to the FACTS application.

Applying for Financial Aid for the 2018-2019 School Year

The Archdiocese of Atlanta and St. Peter Claver Regional Catholic School are pleased to offer financial aid for qualifying families based on documented need. All financial aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and thus, timely application is essential. 

We use FACTS Tuition Management to process financial aid applications. Based on the financial information provided by families, FACTS estimates the amount a family can contribute toward educational expenses. 

To be considered for need-based financial aid, families must submit the following information by the noted deadlines:


v     Application must be submitted by March 1, 2018

v     Parish Verification Form (if applicable) 

v     FACTS application

v     When the parents of a financial aid applicant are divorced, separated, or have never been married, SPC requires both parents to complete the financial aid requirements as stated above by March 1, 2018. Please note: each parent must report their total household income and assets, including those of a current spouse, if applicable. 


v     Submit proof of child support, if applicable.

v     If someone else is claiming your child as his or her dependent on his or her tax returns, this person must be added to the financial aid application. 


v     Upload your 2017 Federal Tax Return and most recent W2’s to your FACTS application.

v     If taxes are not filed, an employment letter, any state welfare aid, Medicaid and food stamps documents must be submitted to show all income earned in the last calendar year. 


v     Prospective families requesting financial aid are required to pay a financial aid application fee of $180.00 per child or $280.00 for two or more children. This will be credited towards tuition once the application process is complete and the student has been accepted.


To complete your online FACTS application:

        Go to and click on the green “Sign In” tab.

        First time applicants, click the gray “Create an Account” tab.

        Upload your 2017 tax return and all required documents to your FACTS parent login.

        Submit and pay the FACTS application fee of $30.00. This fee is non-refundable.
